Chase takes a test during his History of Sports class the day after his first fight. Chase, like most of the athletes, is a full time student at WKU and must balance school work and training.

While doing an abdomen workout, Chase squints in pain. Chase works out at Bowling Green High School, where he played linebacker for the 2011 state championship team, three to four times a week for the past two months in preparation for Fight Night

"I don't feel like an underdog, but I definitely feel like an outcast doing this by myself," says Proctor, who is fighting unattached while most of his opponents are connected to a Greek organization.

Chase kisses his girlfriend Kristine Robinson before while his roommates pregame before his first fight. Proctor and Robinson met over the summer while working at summer camp and have been dating since July. "We had this family prom thing for the kids and he asked me to dance and that's how it started," said Robinson about how they started dating," The Wobble was the first song we danced. It's kind of our song."

Chase focuses before his first fight Thursday night . Chase's father passed away from a massive heart attack in December of 2011, during Chase's senior year, and decided to wear his sweatshirt in his honor. "I wouldn't want to wear anything else for this," said Proctor whose dad used to watch Muhammad Ali fights with him as a child.

Chase waits to weigh-in for Fight Night. Each fighter had to weigh in to make sure no one fought anyone 10lbs lighter or heavier than them. "I was lighter than I thought. I feel good. I feel like I can hang with anyone in that room," says Proctor after weigh ins.

Chase celebrates with Bowling Green juniors Austin Disney and Will Porter after winning his championship fight against Kyle Dahl to win Sigma Chi Fight Night. Dahl had won the event three years in a row before losing to Proctor.
